1. Scale Space – Demand Marketing & CRM Intern (April – Oct 2025)
Helping businesses scale with smarter email and lead strategies.
At Scale Space, I supported the demand marketing lead in creating targeted campaigns for businesses looking to grow.
💡 What was the goal?
Re-engage dormant leads and help new ones discover Scale Space’s offerings.
🛠️ What I did:
- Segmented 100+ leads using HubSpot CRM based on size, industry, and location
- Created personalized infographics tailored to each segment using Miro
- Designed and ran A/B tests on email subject lines and CTAs
- Cleaned and updated the CRM database, prioritizing high-scoring leads

2. MiM – Creative Marketing Intern (Nov 24 – Feb 2025)
At MiM Agency, I supported multiple client accounts by delivering high-volume creative work that helped brands stay consistent, visible, and campaign-ready across channels.
💡 What was the goal?
Support client marketing campaigns with strong, on-brand creative assets while meeting tight agency timelines and varied client needs.
🛠️ What I did:
- Created 120+ marketing assets including social media graphics, banners, posters, and email visuals across multiple client campaigns
- Edited 30 short-form videos for digital and social channels, focusing on clean cuts, captions, and platform-specific formats
- Wrote and supported 10-15 email newsletters, contributing copy, visual layouts, and clear CTAs for campaign sends
- Worked across 8+ client accounts, including startups and small to mid-size businesses, adapting creatives to different brand guidelines
- Used Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma to design, iterate, and deliver assets efficiently under tight deadlines

Building a brand from the ground up for a family-owned cabin business.
Cleave Farm wanted to shift from word-of-mouth to a professional online presence and I led that digital transformation.

Create an optimized website, increase bookings, and reduce third-party platform dependence.

- Secured a domain and built a responsive website using WordPress
- Ran on-page SEO using Ahrefs (meta tags, alt texts, keyword placements)
- Designed email campaigns offering tiered discounts (20% for new users, 10% for past ones)

- Designed marketing materials (brochures, banners, and email headers) using Canva and Adobe

4. Manchester United – Marketing Management Intern (Feb 2023 – April 2024)
Bringing fan-first thinking to a global football brand.
Selected during my MSc at the University of Manchester, this internship combined two passions football and marketing.
💡 What was the goal?
Improve fan engagement and increase sales at the Salford Bar & Kitchen in Old Trafford.
🛠️ What I did:
- Used GA, SEMrush, and Power BI to analyze fan behavior and sales trends
- Redesigned the menu to highlight fan-favorite food options
- Introduced loyalty rewards like personalized jerseys and gift hampers
- Helped organize on-ground activations like fan trivia games on match days

Streamlining recruitment using SEO, data, and design thinking.
At EY, I supported the hiring team in finding better talent faster while using SEO and visuals to improve the candidate experience.

Reduce time-to-hire and improve the reach of job postings.

Aashman Foundation wanted to support 500+ families during COVID, and I helped lead their digital donation campaign.

Increase donations and expand reach across digital platforms.

- Cold-messaged over 50 influencers and donors via email & social DMs

Increase table bookings and optimize restaurant’s web presence.

During COVID, MyCaptain’s online courses helped students boost their CVs. I worked on CRM, email, and content campaigns that got people to sign up.

Increase enrollments through referrals, upsells, and personalized outreach.

- Designed and launched the “Learn & Lead” referral program
